The Spring Valley Extra Strength Liquid Vitamin D3 comes in a 2 oz container. I like that it lists clearly that there are 59 doses in the container. It is a dropper with the 1 ml marked on it so it is easy to know how much to get out. This is a natural orange flavor and it tastes really good without any bitterness or aftertaste. I like using vitamin supplements because I don't know how much I am getting daily and this is a good way to boost up what I need. Taking this liquid is so much better than trying to swallow a pill.
Vitamins are essential to keep good health. Vitamin d supports bone and immune health and this liquid vitamin D is convenient and fast acting. The lid is the dropper for a single dosage and the taste isn't terrible either. I'd compare the taste to oranges/citrus. This is a great straight way to boost your vitamin d levels quickly and to easily maintain. Refrigeration is not necessary, it does say to shake before each use.
I started taking Vitamin D3 with Vitamin C during Covid and I thought I would try the liquid form. I was skeptical at first because the Vitamin C in liquid form has a pretty strong taste. I was pleasantly surprised that the Vitamin D3 didn't have as strong a taste as the Vitamin C liquid. The liquid form is a nice substitute and much easier to take if you have problems taking pills.
The Spring Valley Liquid Vitamin D3 makes it easy to get supplemental D3 without having to choke down pills. It's a great format for people who have trouble with swallowing or just want an easier delivery method. The D3 comes in a good-sized bottle with an eyedropper at the end. There are 59 servings per container, if you use the correct amount each time. One dropper-full is considered 1fl oz and one full daily dose. A dropper-full is actually about 1/2 of the dropper and it is clearly marked with red ink so you don't overdose by accident. The dropper is easy to fill, just squeeze the bulb end to empty the dropper of air, then dip it inside of the bottle and release the dropper. If it's overfilled, just squeeze the dropper until the liquid is filled to the mark. The instructions require you to hold the liquid under your tongue for 30 seconds before you swallow it. It says that it's orange flavored and it does have an orangey taste to it, but not strong. It isn't bitter or overly sweet. It's not gross tasting, either. It's definitely something that most anyone could easily put in their mouths. Overall, this seems like a great product and I've happily switched from capsules to liquid as it makes taking it so much easier.
So impressed by this product. Will be reordering. I hate taking pills and have been advised to take D3 daily- this was exactly what I was on the search for. The pipette works well, the flavor is yummy and the ease of use and that it's a plastic bottle just added to the convenience and my love of this product. Just one squeeze under the tongue hold for 30 seconds and swallow. Can't say enough great things about this.

I don't always get outside and even when I do I use sunscreen so I have no idea how much vitamin D I am getting from being in the sun. Taking a supplement is a great way to get that extra boost of vitamins. This liquid form has a dropper with the measurement marked on it and the bottle says it has 59 doses. I love the flavor of this. It is listed as having a natural orange flavor and it tastes even better than orange juice so I don't mind taking a dose daily as part of my routine.
I try to take a Vitamin D3 supplement regularly for bone health, and especially during cold and flu season for an immunity boost. This is the first time I have used Spring Valley's D3, and I really like it. The liquid format makes it very easy to take, particularly for anybody who has trouble swallowing pills. The flavor is very concentrated and super orangey, but it isn't too strong because you squeeze the drops UNDER your tongue and hold it there for thirty seconds before swallowing. There are 5,000 IU in every 1ml dose, which is a lot of bang for your buck. And I really appreciate that this product is gluten-free, as well as free from artificial colors and flavors. This 2 ounce bottle will last two months, so it's quite a good value for an all-around great product!
I'm always A little hesitant when it comes to Certain supplements but lately I've been taking mine in my family's health very seriously very seriously. We got the Spring Valley liquid vitamin D3, Bone and Immune health in Natrual Orange Flavor. When I got this my daughter had just started to get a nasty cold.. We started the drops right away way, along with their vitamin C and I have never seen a cold go away so quickly. I'm very impressed. I have Bone and joint health issues and my daughter might have some as well so having a product that has quality ingredients and works is so important to us. We are adding this to our daily routine for now. Oh and the Flavor is really good. My fatigue is so picky and she likes it.
Getting that extra dose of Vitamin D 3 is more important than ever this year! I love this liquid form . This is extremely easy to take, it taste good and I know it's helping me get through the winter. I just put the required amount under my tongue let it sit for 30 sec and absorb and boom good to go . I can't say that I feel any different but I don't feel worse ! If your looking for an alternative way to get your vitamin D 3 this winter as you can't get into the sun.
