Natures Way Alive is the best vitamin I have ever used. This product makes you feel like all the nutrients are actually absorbed by your body rather than just passing on thru like other brands.
I was hesitant to purchase this brand because the price was a little higher than I wanted to pay for a multi. However, based on the ingredients, I went for it. Happy to report that it was worth it!!! My energy levels have increased dramatically. I've been able to follow through with my work-outs after work. I feel great. My skin looks great as well. I plan to purchase again - I'm running out! I'm even going to splurge on the big bottle!
I've researched vitamins extensively on the internet and Swanson has the best prices. (Too bad shipping isn't free!) These vitamins are excellent. Notice that there are different kinds. With the capsules ("vcaps"), you have to take twice as many pills (6 per day) vs. the tablets. Capsules are easier to swallow if you're just starting out. I felt better within just a few days. Even better than when I drink monavie juice. Women should order the type just for women b/c it offers a lot more Vitamin D, which also helps me feel better.
It makes my whole day Alive! My daily problem is I cannot finish the day and get tired easily. I feel better now after a week of taken and its now a day of being awake, alert and alive! Thank you to my sister for recommending this multivatamins ordered from Swanson.
I've been enjoying Alive! multis for a few years. They're made from whole food and I like that I can take 1 for some support, or two or three if I need more support; I eat a clean diet and do not need megadoses of everything. One Alive! multi with lunch each day has worked well for me for a few years.
I tell everyone about these vitamins, even people who are about to buy the synthethic stuff in the grocery store. The first time I ever took these I had been feeling terribly tired. I felt better within a couple of hours of taking them and have never felt that bad since. My husband has never been able to take vitamins, because they always bothered his stomach. These don't bother him at all. We have been taking them for 2 years.
I have been taking these whole food vitamins for years. I don't always get all the fruits and veggies I need so this is good for adding those I don't get. Plus I am getting older by the minute and my energy level is not what it used to be so I need that energizer added to the vitamins. Prices have gone up on everything so it's also good for my pocketbook
Seems there's a healthy amount of daily vitamins with additional items. Its really a great all encompassing vitamin. I don't know if I "feel" different from taking them. When I took the Swanson brand previously I felt the B's working (I got a bit jittery at first, I was told it's due to the B's, which may or may not be a good thing, IDK). I'm also only taking two per day.
To start off with, I read reviews before I buy just about anything. I got these for energy and because I'm not the healthiest eater. I didn't take them but for 4 or 5 days. I didn't really notice any difference. I just couldn't take the smell and taste of these pills. Not to mention they are quite big. If you have trouble swallowing pills, I wouldn't recommend these. I did buy a different version of these in the gummys and they still have a bit of the same smell but aren't near as bad. They could be a little cheaper as well. That's my opinion on them.
You sent me a different product than the one I ordered. I ordered the whole food energizer as is shown above but received a different product, will not order from you again.
