i like that theres no iron,i also just feel so much better when i use the Alive brand compared to others.
I like that it has so much stuff in it. I just don't feel any different taking it. I don't eat a lot of fruits and veggies because the stores keep freezing them and they rot too fast. With this having so much in it I know I am covered. Wish I had more energy. I will continue taking them. Not having to buy so many separate pills a lot of what I was taking is in this vitamin. Love not having to take so many pills.
