One pill every morning and I feel more energized to take on the day. I package contains 60 tablets, which are average-sized and easy enough to swallow. Each pill offers 60 mg of high potency B - vitamins to help convert food to fuel. These Alive multivitamins are filled with food - based blends containing orchard fruits and garden vegetables. They are free from gluten and artificial colors. I have been more active since taking these and recommend them to anyone looking for a multivitamin to add to their daily routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up these Alive! Once Daily Men's Ultra Potency vitamins for my husband and I can already see a difference in his energy levels. He's only been using these for a couple of weeks and he has more energy now then he's had in months. Overall, he is very satisfied with this product so far and will definitely continue to use it.
It's been harder and harder to get this. I hope that isn't because they are going to discontinue it or change the formula again. There used to be just an energy and another regular one that I used to take. Then they merged them and made it men's and women's formula with no option of just the regular vitamin. I hated that they changed the last 2 formulas. They were better they way they were but settled for this one. Now they keep trying to replace it with the ultra potency. I like this better than the ultra potency, and still wish they never changed the formulas in the first place. I may have to find another brand if they discontinue this.
there are too many versions of this now, the original one, that says "ultra potency" in the white letterbox, is the good one, for some weird reason this one has notably less of a few important things. returned and replaced. One good thing I will say about these vitamins, if you put them in a glass of room temperature water they completely dissolve within a half an hour or so, they don't "sit like rocks in your stomach"

Item listed as Methylcobalamin as B12 but the vitamins that were delivered had B12 as cyanocobalamin which is derived from Cyanide and sludge! Not healthy, do not purchase!
