Got fast and very good packed! Great feeling after one week consumption! Full spectrum of vitamins and minerals - it's great quality. Need only one pill per day. For me size of one pillow is just a perfect - big, but it has to include all ingredients. I like this product!
This vitamins and minerals complex is for men over 50 years age and I have bought it for my father in law. It looks like the quality is good and it has huge number of ingredients. There are 30 normal sized tablets in one package, and my father in law takes one tablet daily in the morning.
These vitamins are just what I need one a day, have most of the things inside that i need, and the price is right. They don't have any specific taste and they're a little large to swallow, I don't have a problem but some might.
Bought this for my husband he does not have a hard time swallowing pills like I do . He finished the whole bottle said it felt like he had more energy taking it. He's looking for something that will boost his energy though. This is a really good brand and company though. I would buy this again for him a a multivitamin regimen.
I'm a woman and I take these because they far surpass any of the women's multivitamins. These vitamins are much better in quality than many of the expensive overpriced vitamins out there! A+ in my book.

I take this plus others, according to famous book "How to Live Longer Feel Better" by (Double Nobel Laureate) Prof. Linus Pauling (1901-1994) Vitamin C, 2000 mg x 3 times a day ; Multivitamin, 2 times a day; B-Complex 100 mg, 2 times a day; Vit B12 1000 mcg ; Vitamin A 25,000 IU; Vitamin E 1000 IU ; Vitamin D3 5000 IU ; Vit B9 - MethylFolate or Folinic Acid or Folic Acid 5000 mcg ; Calcium Citrate 300 mg ; Magnesium Glycinate 300 mg ; Selenium 200 mcg ; Zinc 50 mg ; Iodine 1000 mcg (or use Kelp Seaweed extract - to get total of 1000 mcg Iodine) ; Fish Oil Omega 3 (calculate to get 1000 mg of EPA daily) ; Probiotic, 1 capsule a day ;Coenzyme Q10 , 100 mg ;Vitamin K2 MK-7 300 mcg PS. Also, if you or anyone you know are at risk of heart disease or have heart /cardiovascular problems (blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart-related etc) , please look up "Linus Pauling / Matthias Rath Heart Protocol" with Vitamin C, Lysine, Proline, etc.
I started taking Simply 1 about 10 years ago Before I started taking it I couldn't make it through the day without a nap. It gave me energy to make it through the day. It also had a guarantee that if you weren't happy you can return it for a refund. Don't know if they still guarantee it
