This is an excellent vitamin. I've been using this multi vitamin for about five years now and highly recommend. Gives you more energy and my hair is thicker. Nails grow out fast.
I recommend this, especially if you have vitamin deficiencies and absorption problems. I've been taking this for a week and I feel much better overall. The taste was surprisingly not bad, but you can add it to juice if necessary.

The Buried Treasure is high potency. I had to cut it in 1/2 to take it. I had never taken liquid vitamins before so this was helpful. I will go back to my regular vitamins now. I also travel a lot, so this is not convenient for me when I go away.
