I like using Selenium along with my Swanson's Vit. C 500mg. I feel that I am getting good antioxidant protection.

I trust Nature's Way products for purity. You can't beat Swanson's price on this one.
It is okay but I wish it said "Made in the USA." If you get a magnifying glass, it only says "Bottled and tested in the USA. Doesn't say where the gel caps are made.
This is one of the best Selenium form I ever had. Yeast-free one of the requirements I have to consider when buying supplements. And with this, my body absorb it naturally! Recommended!
This product is easy on the stomach and does the job intended. My wife and I have been taking this product for more than five years.
