I use this daily & it is the ONLY one that does not have niacin, which I'm allergic too, taking 1 daily in the am b4 food consumption aids in less dry eyes & less episodes of blurred vision during the day.
I am glad I am taking it but not glad that the price keeps going up.
I found out these are not good for every eye condition from my Ophthalmologist. I was also advised that these can be purchased for less money at Costco
