It always take me a couple of minutes to get them down because they're hard to break down. I'm not sure why that is but it needs to be fixed. I love that the bottle is huge so it lasts a long time. I like the NatureMade Multivitamin gummies. Easy to chew, great taste, never a "come back" of flavor, or the not so nice aftertaste of so many other brands of multis. I love these. Plus I feel like I am cheating, getting to eat a couple little gumdrop candies every day.
