This is a very good product, complete with iron & iodine which I was looking for in my vitamins. I was told by my family doctor to buy soft gels for better absorption so these hopefully are better absorbed than hard tablets.
I've used this brand for about six months, now. Besides gummy vitamins, this brand is the only brand that does not hurt and upset my stomach with or without food.
Excellent Multi Vitamin
Love that it's soft gel, so that my body can absorb the vitamins better. The vitamins are easy to swallow.
I have been using it for about a year and I like it very much. The soft gels are easier to swallow and I don't like gummies which everybody seems to be going to now.
I had RNY gastric bypass surgery in 2008. After my surgery, the recommended vitamins were all chewable, because tablets don't dissolve well in the stomach pouch. But the chewables were really gross. So I found these softgels. I take two of these daily to maintain my vitamin levels, and for eight years they've done a great job.
After gastric bypass surgery, my husband and I were not able to take the Nature Made tablets as they pass through the GI tract to fast to absorb into your system. Our doctor told us to take the liquid filled gel caps, which we had done and are still doing since 2009. Walmart's bottles come with 75 capsules, and most other places only have 60 to a bottle, so that is a big savings over a period of time....especially since we both take them.
Good product with the right price
Very good vitamins! Great price!
This is one of the few multi-vitamins in gel capsule form. I don't like the many gummy kind that are out there. They are somewhat large, but not hard to swallow. Multi-Complete has pretty good "daily value" without going overboard on the percentages.
