I like all the flavors, but Blackberry Hibiscus the best! I'm on a monthly recurring order. I mix about 1/2 of a bottle with 1/2 glass of water with 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, yummy!
Having a collagen water every day makes me feel like I'm doing something nice, and good for myself. As a mom of two tiny humans, when I can enjoy a bottle of water during nap time, it's almost like a small spa treatment for my body. I'm a super fan and it's incredibly convenient for anyone on the go!
I've been taking Vital Proteins on a daily basis for over a year because I seldom include meat or dairy in my diet. I add it to fruit and greens' breakfast smoothies and also like it in a daily tall drink of water. It blends well in both, giving the smoothies a little extra frothiness. It dissolves easily and flavor neutral in the water. Vital Proteins contribute to stronger nails and smoother skin for me.
I've using the vital collagen unflavored for 6 month and I'm in love with this product. I already see great results in my skin and also is perfect to add on your coffee it won't change the flavor at all.
I really love these...the ones with monk fruit I've tried are even better, in my opinion, but these are great for my yeast cleanse I'm starting.
It was only a sample so I can't speak to how i feel taking it, but it is easy to drink and tastes great. I plan on buying a full size product.

I have been using collagen for 2 months now. One of the first things I noticed was the shine in my hair. I've also noticed my nails are stronger than before.
It's no joke! it's all lemon! It's like a unsweetened lemonade! It's ok but it's not my favorite.
