Got 2 bottles a year ago. I bite the pill in half for a 100mg dose each morning. I can also bite them into 1/4ish doses. Does well for me. They are a little harder and harder to split in half than CVS caffeine caplets but I can't find them any more, so I'm buying more of these!
I'm not a coffee drinker. This gives me that little morning boost to help me get going in the morning.

My all time favorite Caffeine supplement. One of the only cGMP certified Ones out on the market. Usually I think the certifications are meaningless but Consumer Reports says to always look out for that one in particular. Easy to snap in half, I take half in the morning and half around noon and I have leveled energy throughout the day. No jitters, just keeps the cloudiness away so you can be productive and in a positive headspace.
Been taking this brand of caffeine pills for years. Great alternative to energy drinks. Effective energy and way cheaper

I bought two bottles of these 200mg Allmax Caffeine tablets. These seem to work better for me than the other two purchase options which I've also tried. I feel energized within an hour after taking Allmax, and that wasn't the case with the other tow options. I am reordering 4 bottles of Allmax now and went ahead and added this review.
this could just be a personal issue, but this item made me sick. I was very short of breath, and this lasted the entire day after taking this product. i only took it once.
