This is one of the few brands that offer B-12 in the bioavailable form Methylcobalamin, which is the more natural form of B-12 and allows your body to absorb its nutrient better than the other more common and synthetic Cyanocobalamin. My mom said this particular brand's Methylcobalamin B-12 was easy to take and effectively made her feel better.
Just observations not complaints. These are most certainly not "quick dissolve" lozenges. After 10 minutes under the tongue I gave up. They are easily crushed by the teeth though so it's not a big deal. They are also not shaped like the lozenges in the bottle shown with this listing. They are almost spherical not flat.
I take these vitamin B's regularly as my doctor has prescribed......it is online at Walmart.com, I order site to store (free) and I pick it up.....all this done quite routinely and I am very happy with the service I receive at Site to Store..................and will continue to order as I go along..............p.s. the price, I have found, is the lowest I was able to find too.
My doctor said this was the best B12 formula on OTC !

The reason for 4 stars is the very long wait for this to be delivered. Almost a month! Well, it might've been because of the Christmas season. Anyway, I had heard how good this sub-lingual vitamin B-12 is so I took my first one yesterday. I don't know how long it takes before you get your energy back but when I got up this morning I really felt good. Really! I will take one every day and hopefully it'll work for me because I need the vitamin B-12 I'm 86 years old.
So far so good. If you buy these make sure to read the label. You are to let them dissolve under your tongue for 30 before you chew or swallow. They don't have a bad taste either. I'd like to think they're working but does one really know? I'll keep buying them though, I don't have anything to lose. Also, these are the ones to buy because B vitamins don't release well in the body, to insure that they do you need the mentholated kind like these. So, keep that in mind when you shot B vitamins. One more thing, It's difficult to overdose on something like this because even if you ingest too much it just come out when you go to the bathroom and there should be no side effects.
These do not dissolve, you have to chew them to get them to start dissolving. Happy with the fact that the brand does not sneak nasty ingredients in their supplements.
They do NOT dissolve under the tongue. Which means if that is how they're supposed to be ingested, not through the digestive system, you're not getting the benefit of the vitamin. A waste of money.
