When I was first chosen to receive this I was hesitant when I read “soft gel” because the soft gels I'm used to seeing are big, sometimes smelly, and they taste horrible. To my surprise these were very small, easy to swallow, and best of all they don't taste or smell. I haven't felt a noticeable difference yet but will update if I do. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality.

I received a sample from Influenster, and have been taking it for a few weeks now. The pills are small and easy to swallow since they are gels. I LOVE the container. The lid is super easy to flip open unlike the childproof caps I often struggle with. One a day with a meal. You should take with food for best absorption, according to directions. No taste or aftertaste. Great product!

I have trouble swallowing pills so I appreciate that they are a small, gel capsule because that makes them easier to swallow. I appreciate how they don't have any artificial flavors too! When you open them, you do get hit by that "vegetable" smell but it lessened as time went on. The bottle is a flip cap so it's so easy to use! It's hard to tell if they are effective because how do you measure bone, teeth, and immunity health without a doctor? But for the price and ease, they are definitely worth a shot.
