This seems to be a good pro/prebiotic. I'm still using it.
It works great! Really helps my days to be better!!
I have been using this probiotic for a couple years now and it's my preferred brand and dosage. I can definitely tell the difference when I haven't taken my probiotic.
I am a long time user of high dose probiotics as they have been a life saver for my IBS. Was not sure about this brand but glad I tried them as they seem to work well and the pricing is good compared to other brands. Will definitely purchase again.

I have had long term chronic BV infections
During pregnancy, I have had intestinal problems on and off so I take probiotics and this has been my favorite brand so far. Expensive, but good quality. Fixes constipation within a few days without any of the other harmful drugs.
Does not cause any digestive problems. I use it daily. Good product.
