I've purchased a couple of pounds of Viva Naturals every couple of months since mid-2015, and, without a doubt, it's the best cacao powder I've every enjoyed. Maybe it's my imagination but the most recent shipment -- in one pound bags, not the old two pound bags, which I find more manageable to transfer into storage containers -- gives me a tasty culinary result that's somehow even smoother, darker, richer than before. It only gets better, every time. There are flavonoids in chocolate, proven to lower cancer risk, and, of all forms of chocolate, the absolute best source of these phytonutrients is cacao power. Viva's MCT Oil is terrific! I have been using it for a ketogenic diet and lost 30 pounds, getting rid of my high blood pressure, etc. After a few days of using this oil I had no food (sugar) cravings. Viva's shipping is also great in that it is exceptionally fast.
I have bought this product again and again. I use it regularly because it tastes great and cacao gives significant relief to my body aches.

We use Viva Cacao as a main ingredient in our Avocado chocolate pudding. We mix a tablespoon of Cacao with a little organic date sugar in a cup of plain organic soy milk for a delicious hot or cold drink. Best of all, Cacao has many health benefits when yo go light on the sugar and fat.
