I like the fact that their gummies in the easy to chew I don't have to swallow a pill and wait for it to digest
Perfect formulation without a lot of waste.
Because it's in gummie form my husband will actually take this vitamin! I love the Nature's Way brand because it is free from synthetic colors and artificial sweeteners. This particular vitamin includes the whole B-complex vitamins, which are essential if you are over 50 (or 60.... or 70...).
Pro: contains all the vitamins from a to z including all b-complex; contains no dairy, gelatin, gluten; suitable for vegetarians Con: gummies tend to stick together over time; need to keep in cool, dark storage

These are a delicious way to get your daily vitamins and a healthy dose of what keeps us healthier when we don't eat so well. These are for my husband and I take the Women's Over 50 ones. They're so much easier to take than pill form ones, because these can be chewed.
I like them when my schedule prevents me from eating all the fruits and vegetables I should. Compared to times I'm not taking vitamins and not eating enough vegetables, these make me feel better.
I bough them for my stepdad, this is the second time he's taken them. He feels great will continue to buy them again.
While I like all the nutrients in ALIVE vitamins, I don't like the cost of the gummies. On top of that, after my husband takes his vitamins, his breath smells weird.
This item arrived tampered with. The safety seal under the cap was removed. I would like a replacement.
