Great find on these - great price!
My research tells me that you need to take these with folic acid in order for the B12 to be absorbed into the body. So I buy and take both. I cannot tell you if they are working because I don't know or think I am supposed to feel anything, but I do know I am getting my daily requirement of this vitamin. The label says these are essential for Carbohydrate, Protein and Amino Acid Metabolism+
Great vitamin I take daily!
I take a NatureMade vitamin B-6 daily in addition to NatureMade vit B-12 to supplement my dietary food intake. I trust this brand and re-order these products to insure my maximun B vitamin levels.

For about two decades I've been taking 100 to 200 mg B-6 daily in addition to multivitamin. The daily additional B-6, for some reason unknown to me, helps to keep my nasal passages open. Without the B-6 daily, they eventually (in a week or a few weeks) will get stuffy again. I've tried other brands of B-6, but the only brand that helps me is Nature Made.

Why would you sell 100mg tablets when the RDA (recommended daily allowance) for an adult age 50+ is 1.5 mg??
