Nature's Way has always been a super company. Everything they sell is of the highest quality and very fairly priced.
This product is excellent. I now have my daughter and my soon to be son-in-law taking it every day. Since I began using this, my energy level has improved significantly. My daughter and I were using it and ran out for a brief time....we were never so happy to receive our new order and get this product back in our system. I would recommend it to anyone who's feeling a little sluggish or frequently tired. It's made a world of difference to us.
It's an extra dosage of B vitamins.
The B vitamins are so important to my health and the B-50 form are just right. This is a great product.
I have used this product for years. I take one, and sometimes two caps per day. It definitely helps my digestion. I know right away when I have forgotten to take it.
I recently switched over to this B-Complex and I am very satisfied. It does what it is made to do and at a great value.
The B-50 caps seem to work better for me than the B-100 caps. I like the capsules better than the tablets. I think it dissolves easier and is better absorbed in the system. I trust Nature's Way, and buy a lot of their products. I wish they had an inexpensive powder so I could add it to my liquid vitamins.
