An endocrinologist suggested that I take Vitamin B-6 to improve metabolism and neurological function. Nature's Way is a great brand without artificial ingredients and preservatives. Their own product statement on the label includes information about the importance of Vitamin B6 in metabolic and neurological function. Just the reasons why I'm taking it! Whenever I have run out (not often), I notice when I'm not taking it. I highly recommend this product. My endocrinologist recommended a double dose, that is, more than is suggested on the label. No problems.
Overall works well but late arriving
My complaint is that it looks too much like the other supplements I take and so I cannot tell which is which. And I need to know because sometimes I put too many into the cases for each day, and sometimes I fail to put a particular supplement into a case. Then I need to know which is missing or over-populated. Otherwise, this B-6 seems to be fine. In any case, I plan to go back to the B-6 tablets I'd been taking previously.
