As we age, some of us become low in our Vitamin D level, used by the body to help keep our bones strong. When my level dropped just below the normal range, I knew my daily vitamin was not giving me enough. That's when I started taking this supplement.
The bootle is too big for this product. But vitamin is good
I bought gummies for hubby and me. He ate the whole jar in one sitting. I told him they were vitamins. He said, “They taste good”. These are simply vitamins. Not chewy candies. He takes one a day with his other meds %26 food.
I have always tended towards being anemic. Since I've been taking these (recommended by my physician) my blood work always chines back with great levels and no more anemia. And I have more energy!
Nature made vitamin D 3 is good. I can't take multi vitamin makes me sick. So take each vitamin separately.
Doc says we're not getting enough vitamin D. These softgels are really easy to take. I feel my immune system getting stronger every day. Pretty soon it will be asking for the car keys and staying out too late.
I like Nature Made Supplements, I take d3 along with calcium because both supplements work well together and I have been taking d3 and calcium softgel for years. I take other Nature Made Supplements as well. I prefer softgel better than tablets because to me softgel absorb into your system more quicker.
My Dr had me start taking 2 a day of the 2000 units several years ago, basically because I need to avoid direct sunlight. I highly recommend this vitamin to boost my immune system.
Please see the Walmart delivery photo of this item that was not received by me at my designated location. Please issue a refund immediately for this product plus any tax attached to the purchase. It indicated 5/28 per photo. This item was not cheap!
The container of the D3 I ordered came crushed and dumped on the ground. The package looked like someone stepped on it. Am just blown by the level of carelessness, I need a refund ASAP...
