I take on capsule per day on an empty stomach and it has lifted my spirits. I have a healthier mind .
Best for memory and calmness.
5-HTP has helped me to sleep better and also it has improved my mood.
I am on about my third or fourth bottle of this brand of 5-HTP and find it very effective for mood support. I take it in the evening about dinner time, because it can actually be a bit of a stimulant at first, then it seems to allow me to sleep better and deeper. I also am rarely in a bad mood and feel it is helping me manage the mood swings that seemed to be ramping up as I enter menopause.

effective way to calm things down a bit
Ive been taking this for about 4 months and I haven't really noticed any difference but I try to give things 6 months. Wouldn't recommend as of now
May have slept a bit better first few hours, but I'd still wake up in the middle of the night.
This stuff is addictive and almost impossible to wean off of. Don't start taking it! Please start making 25mg and 10 mg capsules to help the process. It's been a nightmare
