I rarely have time to eat right. I take 1 of these every 12 hours and have the energy I need to make it through my day. Taking 1 at night does not interfere with my sleep, but makes getting up a little easier.

These are pills that your mom said "take your medicine." Easy to swallow, but there's a taste. The name is a misnomer since there are many more vitamins and minerals that it implies. While not a complete multi-vitamin, this pill is the sweet spot for value, and I supplement with other pills to complete my daily needs.

I tried other products and none has the benefits of strength and support I get from spring valley , the garlic gels, omega 3, apple sider gels and vitamin D3, been using spring valley products over 3 years just celebrated my 80th birthday.👍👋
B Complex is a very important vitamin.
These b12 supplements are essential to maintain the central nervous system while promoting the production of healthy red blood cells. A good dose that keeps you energetic and in top form to meet the day!
Would give it a higher rating if it tasted better. Very nasty flavor but works good.
I purchased the value size as it appeared cost effective. Appeared being the operative word here. Unfortunately the “ Freshness and potency date “ which is guaranteed through 1/24 is not acceptable since I purchased product on 10/23. I therefore only get a 3 month guarantee of freshness and not for the roughly 16 months that I paid for. It should have a good till date of at least 2/25. Buyer beware and check dates before buying and note for online you won't know what you are getting till it arrives.
