I like the fact that Inositol is combined with IP-6 as a synergistic improvement to each.
I bought this product two months ago and I've used about two-thirds of it so far. This product mixes well with water and it tastes good. I teach small children who cough and sneeze on me all the time, so I'm always looking for supplements that will strengthen my immune system.

Actually I have been on Cell Forte for many years and it is an excellent product! It has helped my immune system a great deal! I have more energy and my body function s well with it! I highly recommend it.
My husband and I take this supplement. Enzymatic Therapy appears to be a great company with quality products.We take this formula for liver cleansing and over all health. It's to soon to tell how effective it is since we have taken it only for a short time. Will give an update after we take it for a sufficient amount of time.

My wife and I have been using this product for a couple of months for various reasons that can only be known through personal research. My wife is experiencing cardiovascular benefits which we strongly feel are a result of this supplement or could be the result of this supplement along with others she takes. She also takes Life Extension Super Bio Curcumin available here at Swanson and Swanson's Chanca Piedra, plus others. I read a publication recently that said IP-6 taken with Inositol is more effective than IP-6 alone. This product contains both which is why we prefer it to Swanson's own brand of IP-6. Plus the addition of phosphorus has to make it more beneficial for healthy bones. Also this has 800mg versus 500mg in Swanson's brand. I also read that there is a benefit of making sure you have adequate vitamin D when taking IP-6 which we already use as well. It is my personal belief that the benefits of this product go way beyond the product's description and we plan to continue taking it. My wife was taking 2 capsules twice a day but is increasing her dosage to 5 capsules a day temporarily to see if the benefit is even more pronounced.
I am taking it for boosting my immune system and I like it.
