The quality of these prenatal vitamins seems good, I don't get an upset stomach taking these. The ingredients are good for prenatal vitamins. I take them daily, and the potency seem right. They taste okay and are easy to swallow. The size isn't too big. I am not pregnant but use these because of my deficiency.
You only need to take once a day so it's convenient. The iron is relatively big dose, it's important for many women, especially in pregnancy and postpartum.

Love that I can take just one pill and get so many vitamins and minerals! I take it with whatever my biggest meal that day is, and I've had no problems. Great quality and quite affordable. Will repurchase!
I'm go into use it for hair growth after exploring for hours I find out that this vitamin complex very similar to high end hair vitamins and even more. Will update you guys after at least 90 days. I'm going to take only one a day , it's so powerful that I will not over use like in others
Got a deal on these and seems like a great value for what's inside. The pill size is large and hard for my partner to swallow…so that's why I gave it 4 stars. She needs to chop them In half and it breaks apart sometimes
I love the quality of this one and I normally would only rate after one month of trying but this pill is bigger than most I nearly choked once and I'm not the kind of person who has issue swallowing things but this one is on the bigger size. Something else I wish I had known before purchasing is the smell of it not just before you swallow but it stays in your breath for a bit. Other than that I have no complaints regarding quality and I have been using it daily since it has high potency in a lot of what you look for in a prenatal

Can't comment on the quality of the vitamins as I've only taken them for a month but they taste terrible! Packaging etc was fine/intact and delivery was fast.
It has a lot of amazing ingredients that you need pre-pregnancy, especially folic acid and folate. The quality, packaging and size are amazing. Perfect for daily intake. The taste is ok, but your urine will become dark yellow, this is when you know that it benefits you. It has antioxidants.
