Mistakenly ordered with Aspertame and not allowed it.
This fiber worked better than any other capsule or powder I have used before. I have used many over-the-counter products and this one is my favorite .
I just love Metamucil. It has the perfect flavor to make drinking easier without all the super sweetness of sugar. It goes great with breakfast when I have a busy day and not much time to eat, it cuts done the hunger pains a lot more than I expected. I was amazed when I first tried it and would recommend for anybody.
I have been using this everyday for about 2 weeks. I have been using 2 teaspoonfuls twice a day in the morning and evening and it really seems to be helping my appetite. I don't seem to feel as bloated and it is helping me be way more regular not to mention a boost in energy! I really didn't realize how much fiber I was missing from my diet. The flavor is great especially if you like orange. The sugar free option is great, wouldn't use it any other way. I think this will be part of my routine from here on out. I received this product as a sample from Theinsiders, opinions are 100% my own.
I like this it help my food go down much better and I went to the bathroom the very next day I'll be ordering more
Thanks to the insiders I got to try out Metamucil Psyllium Fiber - Sugar Free and wow. I've suffered with constipation for as long as I can remember and have never found relief with anything. I only took one portion the first day and a few hours later I had relief. The second day did come with some cramping but it went away by the 3rd day. Biggest issue is it turns to jelly within a minute of mixing. The flavor is great but the texture when it's jelly is hard to get down.
Tuna albacore in water is what I ordered and they brought it in vegetable oil which I can't eat.
This is the 2nd time I've ordered Metamucil %26 something was wrong with the packaging. The first order for it was delivered to my house %26 it had a hole in the bottom %26 metamucil powder was everywhere %26 the one I picked up with the rest of my online order %26 it didn't have the plastic cap on top to close it after it's been opened. I paid $23.98 for this one. Looks like someone tried to stick a pin in it (2 little indentions on the foil. You did refund me for the first order.
That this product is so small way do they think we should buy what they give us it not worth the money. I will be returning this.
