i take these for a little extra energy and they are hard to find. the store was out when i shopped ther last so i figured to go online. so i stocked up.
I use it to keep my bones and nails strong. I love this product.
Royal Jelly is a vital part of my daily supplement and if I don't have it my system starts to breakdown. It was available at my local Walmart until June when they stopped stocking it. Now I have to order it from Walmart.com but at least I can still get it.
Works great for seasonal allergies. Haven't had an episode in two years. Too bad Wal-Mart doesn't stock it in their stores. You have to special order.
Reduced my radical allergies by 99% - take with Odorless Garlic Softgels. Also drink 8 glasses of Alkaline Water a day with trace minerals. Cut out sugar & dairy. Eat 80% Alkaline foods - veggies, salads & fruit. Limit 20% Acidic foods - meat & potatoes.
This item really works for me. My skin looks better and I feel more energized. When I ran out, I could feel a difference so I'll be staying on top of it from now on.
I first learned about the benefits of bee royal jelly but the price was out of reach. Then I found Spring Valley Premium Gold Royal Jelly Softgels and gave them a try. I take them in the morning but one day I missed a dose so I decided to take them between supper and bedtime. No restful sleeping that night/ So I gather from that experience that they do provide some natural energy. Wouldn't want to be without them. Thank you Walmart for carrying this product and at an affordable price.

Took to get pregnant from day 1 of cycle until ovulation (3x per day @500mg.) Don't take after ovluation or it will delay AF. Easy to swallow. Best price around!
I love this product and have been using it for many years. I have recommended it (and given samples) to several people. I use two capsules daily in the afternoon to avoid my "afternoon slump." Also, purchasing the royal jelly at Wal-Mart is a plus -- the cost is double at the health food store.
