Each tablet contains vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D3, E, K, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, and many other vitamins and minerals. After taking the vitamins I have felt any different, but I am sure it is providing nutrients I am deficient in. The bottle and packaging is professional and the cap is extremely easy to open. I would 100% recommend this product to someone looking for a new multivitamin for men.

It supports multiple body systems, like eye and heart health, muscle function, immune health, and energy metabolism. He takes one tablet daily after he is finished with his lunch. My husband said that he feels more energized, and at night he sleeps better. He didn't get an upset stomach, only positive progress. It's great to see him going to the gym every day. One bottle contains only 50 tablets, which is a good start, and I would recommend pausing a little before going to bottle 2. I think it's a great natural supplement to support men's bodies in finding the way to wellness.

I have taken these consistently for 2 weeks before writing this review, and I feel like I have more energy both - through my day and in reserve. Helped me get rid of the need of an evening nap. For me this has worked a little better than taking Vitamins in the B complex individually, though I can't claim to know why or how that works, my best guess is this has better balance. Cons: It's a hard pill to swallow - literally. And has an after taste for a while, something I can live with, but can't get used to.
