Large pills to be taking 2 at time
After taking it for a few month my hair grows faster and my nail stopped braking and cheaping.
As I age, my hair and nails needs as much help as possible. This has just what I need!
Saved so much time....received it in a few days. Will do this again when needed. Will shop on for more things with Wal-Mart. Was very pleased.

I love these vitamins. I've tried others, but never really noticed a difference. My hair has grown from mid-back to waist and my nails have become thicker.
Not sure how well they work, Iâve only been using them about two weeks but the pills are HUGE! The bills are just too big, they are literally over 1 inch long and youâre supposed to take two with those a day. Not gonna happen! The second photo shows one of their two colored softgels next to weigh 600 mg ibuprofen, which in itself is one of the larger pills anyone would normally be taking.
I have ordered these for years but the last couple of orders the capsules are all stuck together and very difficult to separate. I like the product but the packaging has severely deteriorated.
i have been taking it for some time now and dont seems like it is doing anything. i will not biy again
