I have been taking it also bought many bottles for families, friends too, the reason I like it because it's the lowest dose in single pills that I can find on the market, we sometimes take 1, somedays take 2, so, it's not set as most high dose on market that's like 1000 or 2000 units, pills are small, no bitten taste easy to swallow, especially like the ingredients without Color added. no artificial flavored, no preservatives, no yeast also gluten free.
