They have all the good minerals your body needs. The pill is the perfect size and easy to swallow no taste. I have really noticed how glowing I look when I take these, my nails are longer than ever.

I didn't even know they offered it. I asked my Doctor, and he wholeheartedly recommended this brand of vitamin. The pills are easy to swallow. The packaging is also easy to open. The vitamin itself doesn't gave any upsetting aftertaste like some brands. It keeps me going during the day. A great product.

Even though it says 50+ (I'm about to turn 37) I still take and very much love them. It gives you everything and then some out of a multivitamin. This is a good vitamin option for women to take in their 50s. Helps to support one's heart, brain and bones to make sure that it's on the healthy side. Makes up of mainly orchard fruits and garden veggies power blend which is about 100 mg per serving. They don't seem to have much of a funky smell or weird aftertaste since they're in tablet form and that you would be mostly swallowing them instead of chewing. Lastly, Nature's Way is a very popular company for vitamins so we know that it's not just any random or unknown knockoff brands. Therefore, I would think they're very safe to take in my opinion.

I really wish they'd done something to mask the strong vitamin smell and taste. It would make these more palatable to me.
These are great for the body! I love the variety of vitamins, and the price is affordable too! The calcium is 50% and the magnesium is 13%.
