The ingredients are great, it has all the minerals and vitamins that your eyes and body need, plus the omega 3 that I couldnt find with other brand. Imo, its better than ocuvite. However the capsule size is equal an almond which is a bit big for some people.
I have diabetes and macular degeneration. I also smoke. My eye Doctor recommended these for me. The spots on my macula have actually decreased since using this supplement. According to my doctor, this is very unusual and she hadn't seen this before. All I know is it's working for me...thankfully!

Can't live without this. The only source of eye vitamins that actually works. Vision is mich better at night and is less senstive with light during the day.

I can tell a real difference when using the ICaps
I ordered 4 bottles of the I-Caps for my husband. Out of the 4 only 1 bottle was ok. The other three had all leaked inside the sealed bottles and have a horrible smell. I will be returning these 3 items.
