I do not like to drink caffeine that late, but these gummies offer the perfect boost without keeping me up at night. The flavor is good and they are only 10 calories. Another aspect I like is the organic ingredients it includes. I would recommend these for anyone who needs a little boost to get going.

When I wake up I have plenty of energy but mid day I start to tire down for some reason. I usually get a headache and feel like I can't go on. Since I started taking these when I feel fatigue I have no longer felt tired. This sounds wild but I honestly feel energy like 30 minutes after I take a couple of these.(Which happens to be the recommend portion.) B12 is life. I have asthma and I am an athlete so these really come in handy. This is totally and ultimate boost greater than five hour energy and many more energy boost I have tried. I like it and I love it. My mother also suffers from migraines and fatigue. I gave her one of these and she was shocked at how they really gave her more energy and helped her overcome a days worth of migraine pain. Every one reacts different when it comes to vitimans and etc, so Im not sure if it can do the same for you... yet it has greatly done amazing things for me. I will gladly buy a box.

I like that these contain no artificial colors or preservatives. I do wonder why a companies package this type of product in a container twice the size needed though.
