Love this shampoo been using it since my daughter was 7 who has curly hair however the conditioner isn't enough I still use regular conditioner after shampooing to make her hair soft.
My 9 year old grandson wears his hair a bit longer and does not like to wash his hair. I remembered that J%26J is tear free %26 helps with tangled hair. Now he likes to wash %26 comb his own hair afterwards with ease. Yeah for grammy!
i like the shampo needs more conditioner
Taking out a star because i got a cracked pump head.. but the product itself is satisfying, it smells good on my sons hair.
I'm on the fence. I use it on my own fine, but often knotted, hair. It makes almost no lather, but cleans and conditions well. I still need to use a spray-on detangler before combing out my hair, though. My biggest complaint is with the pump dispenser. It's too short by about an inch and a lot gets wasted while I try to pump the right amount into my hand. Frustrating!
Top of one of my shampoo's was broken off. The deliverer's NEED TO HANDLE WITH MORE CARE!!!
Not only did it come almost 2 weeks late it came broken. I cant even pump out the soap because the pump is completely broken. Why would I expect anything less from Walmart though.
Doesnt really have a smell, unlike the yellow bottle it has a distinct good smell. It lathers up well but it is definitely NOT doing anything for tangles. I used extra as my babies hair felt dry after the first wash and rinse. It's also not a body wash, just shampoo and conditioner. Theres room for improvement unfortunately. I'm a bit disappointed. As well as there was no protection over the lid so it did spill in the box, I assume the head of the bottle was pushing up against the box as there was no padding in the box either. Good size for the price.
My kids shampoo got here broken. !!!
i received the shampoo in the pump bottle, but when it got here, the pump was broken off. i contacted the seller, and they said to send pictures of the box and the bottle. i did that, but I didn't hear back from them. i called and told them i just needed the pump, and they said they would send it. no matter what i do to get help, there is none. i will not order from this company again. i had a shampoo bottle that was almost empty to pour the other in. this tells me that no matter what i order from them, if there is a problem that they won't make it right, so i will not order from them again! i found some from another site and had no problem!
