I opened my order past the company 30 days return policy. The Porcelain Neti Pot was broken in several places which makes it unusable. I contact the Seller and because it was past their 30 days return policy they would not even replace the broken Porcelain Neti Pot which was all I wanted since I did not broke it myself. Warning make sure you open your shipment within the 30 days return policy. I just wasted my money for a broken Porcelain Neti Pot which I can use. It is just trash.
