I have had allergies all of my life and tried all of the over the counter products as well as getting prescriptions from my doctor. I have suffered from year around allergies for several years causing me to have a cough. My physician suggested to start using ZYRTEC and I was pleased to find my cough which is related to a post-nasal drip went away in a week. I am cured if I continue using ZYTEC. ; ) So Happy! r years and now I am well.
Zrytec for me works great. I decided to take a liquid gell around 9 PM the next day all my allergy symptoms were gone. When I took it at night the next day I was not drowsy. I tended to space out a little bit more though, but that wasn't a big deal. When I took it within 20 seconds I found a immediate sensation in my histamine receptors by the side up my nose, they started to clear everything up. Personally for me this product didn't make my drowsy and only lasted for 12 hours. I would recomend this to someone. Try it. It works different on everybody some people like me don't get drowsy and some people get extremely drowsy. Just try it!
I have to take allergy medication religiously everyday to manage my allergies. I've been using a lot of different kinds of allergy medicine in various formats. So far, Zyrtec liquid gel has been working great for me. It's price but worth it. No side effects.
I have used Zyrtec since it went over the counter all year long because of indoor and outdoor allergies. I have my bad months between May-to the first frost in October. I use to develop a sinus infection and bronchitis. I use additional products daily- nasal and inhaled steroid sprays. Also, I irrigate my sinuses daily. I have been well controlled with my regiment. I became convinced that Zyrtec is for me when I missed a single dose of Zyrtec. My symptoms imploded and I developed a serious sinus infection. I am now taking an antibiotic. I am going to try the Zyrtec D to relieve my congestion.
Living in the south pollen is really bad here as well as allergies. This product works really well when you're feeling awful. Packaging is basic and you can understand everything. I've had no side effects. A big win for our family.
I suffer from year-round allergies. For many years, I used another product which while good at treating my symptoms, had some cumulative side effects. After switching to Zyrtec, my allergies remained under control and the side effects went away. Thank you.
This product is non-drowsy and worked adequately on my watery eyes. However, for the post nasal drip it was useless and that was my main problem. Would use again for watery eye symptoms and to help with sniffles and such, but cannot recommend for post nasal drip.
My dad recommended this product, was suffering from seasonal allergies. First time I took a pill felt drowsy, tired, sleepy the entire day... Don't know if this product works after a few days but didn't want to try it again. Today I'm going crazy with allergies again, will try the product again to see if drowsiness was something of that specific day.
