I couldn't wait to get myPurMist! I've been living with congestion, cough, misty eyes and headaches for a year and a half, from BP medication. I could never get any sleep, coughing all night. I'm so happy with this product and how it helps me relief all the pressure in my sinus cavity after only a few treatments.I also want to warn everyone not to overfill the liquid compartment or get the bottom of the inhaler wet in any way or you have officially broken this item.The neck attachment and the new essential oil adaptor is helpful too.Otherwise treat your sinuses good and this inhaler and all will be WELL with you any time you need rapid relief from sinus pressure!!!! this product helped my mom majorly. for years she has had constant congestion, feeling sick even though an allergy test was done. they said she didn't have allergies. this was wrong. nothing can be done for her. no dr could help. i orded this machine with the hopes i didn't throw my money away cause it didn't work. i like to say it works. my mom's feeling better. first time in years. Wonderful machine well worth the money.

Though it looked new an unopened, it did not work and was returned.
This is my second Purmist as I live 6 months in Canada and 6 months in Arizona and moving it was a hassle as the cord would get twisted so I thought I would have 1 in each home. This new one is so sensitive.I usually read while I am breathing and ths one kept instantly getting the red light saying I was out of water when it was full. I realize I have to keep this new one exactly level for it to work.
I bought my 1st device about a year and half ago. After one year it broke down. Blue lights flashing and it wouldn't work at all. Contacted MyPurMist and they were very nice and sent the a new one. I've had this new one for about 2 months and it just broke down again! So upset, i think it's a great product, but obviously there's something wrong with it...
I JUST got my purmist two weeks ago and it is already not working properly. The orange light keeps blinking and I can only fill it up less than halfway for it to work.
Just like the first device i purchased, mypuremist stopped working after a couple weeks. Check the internet before you buy. These machines are good, but will break for sure.
