Helps moisturize dry nasal passages.
So far as of first day, doing good. Had sinus infection for 2 months, scripts did not help. Now getting over it, need this to help keep it clean, Between sinus rinsing.
After a sinus surgery, I have struggled with thick mucus buildup that mades it very difficult to breathe. My Doctor told be to get a gel saline spray for the problem, and it worked immediately! I haven't felt this good in a very long time. Also, the price is great!
Thick and doesn't keep pouring out of nose or down throat. My 10 yr old has allergies and recently had to get nose cauterized due to nightly nose bleeds. This stuff is recommended by his ENT, MD, PA etc. more holistic and moisturizing than prescription, Flonase, Afrin, etc. after 2 weeks ‘his nose is less dry, looks great!' per ENT. I will continue to use AYR GEL on him.
Recently after having a medical heart procedure, it became necessary for me to take a blood thinner medication. After returning home my nose began to bleed and required cauterizing. My ENT dr recommended "Ayr Saline Nasal Gel Sinus Spray". Using this product has helped to keep my nasal areas moist to prevent further bleeding issues.
This is perfect for get the ointment in nasal passages. No mess, no drips and worked after two applications. My nasal passages were very dry from the cold weather and dryness from furnace. It was very painful but this healed them.

Ayr is very good it helps with the dryness in my nose.
After switch from saline solution to gel, I really like it make me comfortable, it won't like saline, when spray too much it run from nose to mouth. But I still think the price is too much.
This works however I don't think it is no drip. If you use a lot, it's going to drip.
