It works great for what it is. It helps me out a lot with my oxygen..
ayr lubricates and prevents discomfort of dry nasal passages and nose. I dont know what I would do without it . It is great . Also I am on oxygen and Ayr is a saline gel so no danger like with oil based products.

Ayr Saline Nasal Gel was recommended to me by my great Allergy Doctor Professor, which I have been using it for many years now. It has Aloe Vera. I use it by squeezing it on a Q Tip and then inserting it in my nostril. Vaseline is not good. Ayr is gentle and lubricates my nostrils when sometimes are dry, and you do not get a bleeding nose.
