When I get a sinus infection, I use this and spray it in my nose several times a day. I use a nettipot as well, but using this several times a day really helps my sinuses heal faster. It's also the safest nasal spray to use.
Recommended by my allergist visit for nose bleeds and swelling of lining of nose due to dry atmosphere. Works great my symptoms were relieved within a few days and had no accruing nose bleeding in over a year. Great nasal moisture .

This is the best nasal spray I have ever used. It was recommended by my ENT doctor. Also I can use it anytime not like the other sprays. Won buy anything else.
Very good for moisturizing a dry nose. The saline makes a slight burning feel at first but that dissipates quickly. Really helps when you wake up in the middle of the night with your nose all dried out, as from a CPAP.
When my sinus is dry and sore from all the dry air, Ayr is a blessing. It swiftly penetrates my sinus and relives the discomfort rapidly. Highly recommend this for people going in and out of the heated buildings in winter.
Ayr is now my go to nasal mist since it softens my nasal passages far better than Ocean, which I had been using for at least a decade. A lower price for a better Mist......who would have thought

This stuff is horrible and nasty. If I had away to Walmart I would return it as I couldnt even use it because its so gross. It stinks and tastes completely nasty to the point I got sick with just 1 spray in 1 side of my nose.
