Bought thus for my 96 year old mother, and she thought this was a great product that helped her sinuses.
I use a CPAP which irritates my nasal passages. This gel keeps the tissue moist all night and the next morning I feel great.

Stays moist for a good long time. very gentle and not too thick. Just the thing for a dry nostrils.
I like this product because it does not drip. It also works very well to unstuff my nose. Nasogel does not have an unpleasant odor.
I really like this stuff.it really works wh÷n you're nose is all stuffed up. It helps loosen up you're nasal passages. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
This product does exactly what I needed it to do. I use oxygen which leads to my nose being dry and sore and NasoGel keeps my nose moisturized and prevents this.
This is a gel not a spray, it has a horrible smell. I do not recommend and I will not ever buy this item again
Not sure what they've done to change this but it's not the same as it's always been. It's so much more runny and has an overwhelming chlorine smell to it when you use it. I have been buying this nasal gel for years and I'm so disappointed that they have changed it now. They even changed the applicator which does nothing but get gel all over the place and make a huge mess. I've bought so many of these in the past that I had an extra applicator tip from the old one and tried using it on this tube but they've changed the tube size and opening too so it didn't fit. Just be advised, if you are used to using this nasal gel, they have changed something with it and it's not nearly as good of a product now. I guess I'll go back to using plain ole regular saline nasal spray from now on.
It is a very watery solution and only made my nose run. It did not provide any relief for my dry nasal passages.
