[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was blessed with a free full-sized product, and I have chosen on my own volition to share my review with you. First, the safety cap was a bit difficult to remove; but once I got the hang of the pushing down whilst twisting it was easy. The product itself is a thick, gel-like spray; not the watery solution of other nasal products. A few squirts up each nostril is all that is needed for a full 12 hours relief of sinus congestion. I have to admit the initial feeling of spraying the gel up my nose was a bit disconcerting, but I can overlook that discomfort, when I experienced how well it works.

It's got a child-proof cap that makes it difficult for children to open and use the package without supervision, which is definitely a good thing. I haven't really had any extreme congestion during the sampling period to try this out on, but I did have some mild congestion in the morning which I used it for. I like that it contains aloe, which moisturizes and soothes my nasal passages. It's a little slimy at first but after it dries it's normal. Also, the ingredients really do work to dry up congestion. I was very impressed. I will definitely be using this the next time I have a cold.
I don't know how it works but as soon as you spray it you feel instant relief from nasal congestion. It is the only med that made it possible for me to sleep by allowing me to breath through my nose again.

This spray seems to bring down the sinus inflammation, I can actually breath thru my nose, and I'm clearing my throat less. Used it within five minutes of arrival not knowing what to expect. Well it took about maybe 10 minutes and next thing I know, I can breathe thru both nostrils (rare even even under the best of circumstances). Stayed that way until about twelve hours later and I could see a repeat spraying would be coming shortly. Do recommend this stuff. It cleared my sinus congestion right away. Applicator is comfortable, easy to use, and the stream of spray is shot straight into my nasal cavity. The product works fast and last for approximately 6-8 hours for me. The only thing is the amount of product you get for the price but overall reasonable. I rarely get colds but evening nasal congestion has been an ongoing issue. I would recommend using if you don't mind putting the applicator in your nose and receiving a stream of solution into your nose. For me the relief is instant (1-5 seconds after application) you won't regret it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the packaging was extreme;y secure, but after i got the hang of the top i realized it was pretty great and leakproof. one pump on each side. no tipping my head backwards and getting it everywhere and down my throat...yuck. there was no discomfort or irritation. no dryness adding to the congestion for more discomfort. instead it actually soothed dryness and irritation from using other brands the day before. congestion was gone in less than 5 minutes!! less than 5 minutes and i could breathe easily again. it seemed to last longer than 12 hours, i didnt need it again for at least 20 hours. this is a great product ill be buying again and recommend to anyone else suffering from congestion.
I absolutely swear by this when I have bad sinus congestion. It works every time and I never have any sensitivity or issues with it. I tried it a few years ago when my sinuses were practically swollen shut from a bad cold, and it was the only product that helped me. For the first time in days I could actually breathe through my nose, and it worked in less than 20 minutes. I like that it didnt drip down the back of your throat nor did it cause a bad taste to come in my mouth like alot of other nasal decongestants I've tried. Zicam opened up my nasal passages so I could breathe easier and got rid of a terrible headache I had from sinus pressure. I would definitely recommend Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief to anyone looking for Sinus relief.

I couldn't breathe through my nose at all, so I decided to try this nasal spray. Within 30 seconds to a minute of spraying, my nose began to clear up. After about 2 minutes, I was completely clear and free to breathe through my nose. Although it does work extremely well, I gave this four stars because it made my nose very dry and sore for about 8 hours after use. All night and half of the next day, my nose felt dry and it hurt to breathe. Luckily this didn't last more than a few hours, but I will be sure to caution my use of this product because of that reason.
