1st delivery of product was damaged. Claim for damaged product was done easily. Automated customer support line was effective in answering my status questions concerning replacement. Replacement received in good condition. Happy with product. This is second one I've purchased.
Regular magnets do not stick to this board - very disappointing.
This product is NOT white. It is a shaded greenish grey, and colors are not lively on these board. We had pure white boards that smwrre smaller but colors were bright and spectacular on them, but these are dull and not lively AT ALL. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE LABEL SAYS "WHITE". ITS NOT WHITE. ITS OFF WHITE WITH A GREEN/GREY TINT.
