[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Dixon Economy #2 pencils arrived in time for the start of second semester of the school year and one can never have too many pencils! These pencils sharpened effortlessly, no point breakage in the sharpener, and has a smooth flow to them while writing. These outrank others I've used because usually the point breaks in the sharpener and by the time you have a decent point, half the pencil is gone and these are the total opposite! Very dependable and excellent quality!! Definitely recommend whether you're a student or a teacher or just need to have pencils around. You won't be disappointed!!
Looking for quality pencils
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these recently for my own personal use and they write just fine. I do a lot of journaling and note taking so I needed this pack. The erasers stayed on as I expected. Overall great product and I will buy more once I use all these up!
My experience for first time ordering from Walmart was pretty exciting. I was skeptical at first. It was easy to placed an order for a technical challenged person as myself. The most joyous part about the whole experienced was the fast delivery and receiving the items before the delivery due date! Everything was packaged nicely. I'll definitely order from Walmart again.

These Dixon Economy #2 Soft Yellow Pencils are perfect. They are smooth to sharpen and the eraser is clean and effective. The packaging is simple, yet attractive. The pack came with 12 pencils therefore it will last me and my son quite a long time. We are both very pleased with the results.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great set of pencils. They sharpen really well and writing with them is a breeze. They do not seem to break easily, which is a plus. These yellow number 2 pencils are also made from real wood. I Would recommend these and get them again myself.
I searched the Internet to find the best price for this brand and bulk quantity and Walmart had the best price. Who doesn't want a good deal, right? The pencils are of good quality and I liked that they weren't round so they don't roll off the desks.
items not taped or packed well for shipping...pencils out of "box" damaged in transport.... nothing like having 2 boxes of pencils and pens to pick up
When I received these, the box of pencils was completely broken. There's no way it happened in transit because the top was ripped off and wasn't in the package- it was clear it was packaged and shipped like that. The pencils were all over the package and I don't think they were all in there.
I am a teacher in a high poverty rural area aND me purchasing pencils is nothing new. This is the first Dixon purchase I've made and I am sadly disappointed. These "lead" in these pencils are constantly broken which leads to resharpening and loosing most of the pencil.
