I love my Bose speaker and the Bose Revolve charger!!! It's simple to use. The revolve keeps my speaker belting out the tunes!!!
Just bought this speaker yesterday to take to the beach. Amazing by far the best and clearest speaker on the market. This takes portable Bluetooth speakers to the next level. Lightweight but amazing clarity and volume. Look no further this is the product for every music lover.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both Bose soundlink sound is great my problem is with the plugs too the chargers once you connect and sit it down the plug comes out one time it took me almost 5 minutes to get it to stay in they should have put some type of clip on it to hold it in place
I ordered the cradle for. Y two revolver speakers because is a nicer way to present the speakers in the room. I received two bases but no connecting wiring to them, I.e. power supplies, so I have two pretty bases but no power supplies Are those sent separately ?
Waste of money. You need to use the charge cable that came with your speaker. The cable plugs into this base, but its not held in place, it falls out easily, doesnt come with own long cable. Crap!
NO CABLE OR CHARGER comes with this "charging cradle" that is clearly shown in several pictures with a power cable. After purchasing my 17th Bose product in 20 years, I was a bit stunned that my $300 bluetooth speaker itself didn't come with a wall adapter, just a USB cable... and then this $30 item is nothing but a plastic base with some metal contacts in the middle. You have to provide your own generic USB cable AND wall adapter for this "charging cradle." I was annoyed with Bose cheaping out with a $300 speaker not coming with its own $5 wall adapter, but a $30 piece of plastic base? Never again. I'll take my chances with another brand from now on.
For some reason it doesn't like to stay charging. Disappointing
I generally love Bose products, they're so well engineered. But quite honestly this dock fails, mostly doe to the 1) stiffness of the charging cord, and 2) location of the female receptor in a base recess. I have given up on this item because the cord will NOT stay in the receptor; even if I add a bit of gaff tape, it always wiggles out. Bose should redesign this base to have the male>female receptor *on the side* as opposed to underneath, maybe recessed into the base so it stays put--kind of like my Mophie wireless phone charging pad, which is also USB-C. As it is, I just plug my cord directly into the Revolver Plus; less muss, less fuss. Don't bother.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got cradle today...horrible design. It is incredibly difficult to put USB cord in slot on bottom. Should've had so you could plug in side and have to carefully set Revolve or Revolve + on horseshoe slit and conductors...so cumbersome...much easier to plug in cord to side of revolve +. Future reference Bose Make design similar to samsung or i phone wireless charging pad...problem solved, happy costumers exponentially increased!
