these are amazing. you can put them on yourself and they work great. my family has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome so pain is constant and expected. we added these to our regular therapies and it helps a lot.
Love it! Works for plantar fasciitis.
I needed one of these to replace something similar I bought on Amazon. I use it for fascial pain relief. This one seems slightly better quality. I've been shopping Walmart when I'm not sure about quality on Amazon, and I fear the future, b/c apparently now Walmart will not check sellers like it used to. I'm sure the quality of items like these may go down.

Price is reasonable but very hard to stay on skin.
