I just recently purchased this but so far it has worked great.
I purchased this after receiving a 15% discount with the purchase of my camcorder. I don't like the long cords and bulky design of the charger that came with my camcorder, so I decided to purchase this one and take advantage of the 15% discount. That was the best decision I made, this little charger is very handy, small in size, charges fast, has a nice display that chows the progress of the charge, overall an excellent charger. Very well worth the money!
It works. Not much else to say. A little pricey but it is what it is.
Wall chargers are always handy.. and the best thing about this wall charger is that it is $10 cheaper than the product on sony site. It fits good in the camera box and its exactly what I needed. I say go for it.

I used my new charger a few times and it works faster that I had thought it would. It is very easy to use. There is light on the charger that will let you know the % of charge that has been done to your battery that it is charging. It is a great product. It is samll, just slightly larger than the batteries that it charges. The AC attachment plug folds back into the product when not in use making it compact. It will charge a few different type of Lithium battery packs, V series, H series, and P Series.
I purchased this AC charger for use within my pick-up truck (truck came with an AC outlet as part of the pickup's standard dashboard). I charge/recharge the Sony battery for use within my Sony digital camera while I travel from site to site. It fits flush with the truck's dashboard and is so small that it is hardly noticeable. As I expected, it also works great when connected to a home AC outlet. The charger's light display indicates the rough percentage of charge completion - this is a handy feature.
I searched everywhere for this particular charger. Found some at three times the price and they weren't want I wanted. As usual Walmart had the exact item at 1/3 the cost and the new policy of paying for items at the store first is wonderful. Thank you!
Unit is small, compact and connects directly to wall outlet. Like the unit because to cords are necessary to charge a battery. The larger batteries take a long time for the charge progress indicator to first light. At first, I though the unit was not working as the charge indicator would not light but batteries finally charged and showed charge status.
I bought the battery charger for my Sony Cybershot camera while in Gijon, Spain,, after leaving Gijon the charger stopped working. I want a refund. It didn't work when I needed it in Europe
