Arrived looking like it had been used for a couple of years before being sent my way. It was dusty, the plastic cover on the front was fragile, it had no branding, stickers, etc. on it that would indicate it was new. If I wanted one in this condition, I would've just used last year's binder! Plus, I went to Target and bought a new one, and just as I thought, the one shipped to me wasn't even Heavy Duty as advertised.
