Great source of complete vegetable protein with subtle but nice flavor and good consistency. I add it to oatmeal (after cooking) and sprinkle on salads.
A wonderful treat on salads, cereal, or right out of the bag. Taste like pine nuts to me. They are great for my digestion :-)
