I have used this product every 3 months for the past year and a half-and I love it!. I feel like I have a lot more energy after I finish the cleanse. I have used a few different cleanse/detox products to maintain my overall health, and this is the best one-and this is a great price! Thank you, Swanson!!
This is a wonderful and gentle product. I saw improvement after the first day. Nothing harsh or uncomfortable about this cleanse. Just started my second cleanse and will continue to use this product in the future
Personally, I did not really notice a difference with this product. It was a little confusing for me to keep up with which pill I was supposed to take and the amount/time. The third pill that you take in the evening that is supposed to be the one to help you go to the bathroom did nothing for me. It worked on the first day but that was probably only because I had accidentally taken it in the morning with the other two. I was hoping and thinking that it was really going to flush me out. I normally always love nature's way products but I'm not going to be buying this one again.
